The day to day:
The Recruitment function provides expert support to all Countrywide businesses. The Recruitment team provide a breadth of expertise from engaging with external talent to providing a seamless joining experience. They support our business leaders and line mangers around the country and provide a broad range of operational activities, from designing nationwide candidate attraction campaigns to pipelining talent to help hiring managers recruit great new talent. This role will provide full coordination support to Recruitment team members and hiring managers and will be pivotal in delivering a smooth and high quality experience to our candidates and hiring managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop strong and effective relationships with Recruitment colleagues, hiring managers and candidates.
Supporting Recruitment colleagues with regular reporting, ensuring its accuracy and timely delivery.
Support the management of the database (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure data is accurate for reporting purposes.
Support the database users with any logins/user queries.
Support uploading of roles and candidates to the database as and when required
Support the management of the referral scheme, ensuring the right documentation is received and keeping track of referral bonuses paid.
Upload adverts to job boards when needed
Monitor postings of adverts on job boards and our careers site - making sure they are accurate and functioning (trouble shooting any errors).
Manage candidate and "ask recruitment" inboxes on a daily basis and manage the response in a timely and professional manner.
Organise team meetings and other regular meetings with internal or external suppliers as and when required
Ensure agency terms are up to date, manage communication with speculative agency suppliers and support with Preferred Supplier List (PSL) administration.
Checking candidate offers and liaising with the hiring managers on these
Draw up contracts for contract workers and update contractor database

Your skills and experience:
Experience of a fast paced office environment and/or recruitment team would be beneficial
Good Level of Microsoft Office skills - particularly Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills - able to deal comfortably with hiring managers at all levels, candidates and external suppliers and knowing how to adapt your style.
An exceptional team player - skilled at identifying where support is needed
