Countrywide Plc recruit across the UK - locating talent from various sources, including a group of recruitment partners on a preferred suppliers list (PSL).
Please note that Countrywide Plc do not accept speculative CV's sent from unapproved suppliers direct to our business. We reserve the right to to add candidate details from unsolicited CV's from non PSL agencies into our own candidate database, with no obligation to the agency concerned. Only agencies on our PSL are able to submit candidates via our online recruitment system when requested.
We refer all suppliers to the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business regulations 2003, in particular to Regulation 17 where it provides that before the first time an agency or employment business provides service to a hirer, other than the provision of information in the form of a publication, it must agree with the hirer, the terms and conditions which apply or will apply between them all.
All recruitment suppliers must agree to and sign Countrywide Plc terms and conditions before supplying services to the Countrywide group or it's subsidiaries. Any supplier attempting to send unsolicited CV's to the Countrywide Group will be deemed to be in contravention of the regulations.
Countrywide Plc reviews its PSL for recruitment agencies annually - and we will invite recruitment agencies to be considered to be a preferred supplier. If you don't hear from us, unfortunately that means we've been unable to identify any opportunities for us to work together, but we'll keep your details on file in case things change. If we feel we could work in partnership, we'll contact you and invite you to discuss next steps.
